- Bed 2, Triple bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed.
- Both these rooms have patio doors to a decked veranda.
- There is a main bathroom with a bath, with shower attachment, wc and basin.
- Oil fired central heating.
- Wifi included.
- Linen, duvets, towels supplied.
- Fully fitted modern kitchen, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
- Television, DVD player.
- Small enclosed garden with seating and barbecue facilities.
- Use of lawned area at rear of cottage.

- Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
- A travel cot is available but you will have to bring your own linen.
- A high chair is available but please let us know beforehand.
- At present there is no EV charger
- There is a wood burner at the cottage, for those extra cosy evenings. The first bag is free but extra bags are £10 a bag which should last you about 2 evenings…dependant on useage. Do ask if you would like extra bags delivered prior to arrival. This is wood provided from our own woodland and usually consists of ash (dieback) so it is sustainable.
